In the first 24 hours following an event, we can assist with normalizing physical and emotional responses, assist with stabilizing the situation, and improving safety and coping mechanisms. In the days after a event, we can assist people with balancing their responses, separating themselves from the event, and improving coping.
Services can be provided one-on-one or in a group setting.
