Youth Outreach Counselling

We know that when life gets hard, hope can feel almost impossible.

Our Youth Outreach Counsellors provide support for youth ages 12-25 and their families. They serve as a clinical “bridge” in situations where a youth is in crisis and services are not immediately available, or a youth requires support in accessing further community services.

Get support with:

• Substance use
• Mental health
• Trauma
• Relationship violence
• Human/sex trafficking
• Criminal activity
• Personal and/or family relationships

The program is designed for youth facing multiple barriers to well-being and success. They may be disengaged from their communities or mainstream services, not attending school,
not employed or hard to reach.

Youth Outreach Counsellors can meet youth where they are at to make a connection and start the conversation.
