Financial Literacy
Financial literacy is the ability to make smart, informed, financial decisions. Financial literacy is more important today than it ever has been. In Canada, the rate of spending has been increasing at triple the pace of income since 1990, while average household debt is rising seven times faster than income, according to a 2007 report by the Vanier Institute of the Family.
We have partnered with SEDI (Social and Enterprise Development Innovations) to deliver Financial Literacy Workshops in our community. The Financial Literacy Series is comprised of 10 modules which can be tailored to your organization and clientele.
Contact us if your organization is interested in a series of workshop designed to increase the financial literacy of your clients.
