Making A Complaint

We support the right of clients to make complaints about service they receive and for other stakeholders to make complaints about treatment by staff or on behalf of clients.

Child care can be made available when you are accessing services at Thunder Bay Counselling Centre, talk to your counsellor/worker about the different options.

Workshop: Effective Board Governance

This workshop focuses on how individual directors and boards as a whole can provide governance-based leadership and direction for human service organizations. By providing a strong overview of the key principles of Board Governance, this value added workshop is an excellent refresher for any director and a great orientation session for new directors.

Thunder Bay, ON, June 18, 2015 - Today, the Canadian Centre for Accreditation (CCA) is congratulating Thunder Bay Counselling Centre on achieving full accreditation for the next four years and significantly surpassing the required standards. The Centre celebrated the achievement with community partners at its Annual General Meeting this afternoon.
