We take complaints seriously and will work with you to resolve any concerns you have in a timely manner. You will be notified of the outcome of the complaint either through a meeting with you or in writing or both.
Complaints are accepted verbally and in writing. Where possible, clients are encouraged to speak first to the staff they are working with. Complaints are also accepted by the Thunder Bay Counselling’s Executive Director. When making a complaint, we encourage clients to share as much detail as possible and include contact information.
