Qualifications
- A university degree or college diploma in a relevant human services field
- Knowledge regarding partner abuse and the dynamics of violence/abuse
- A general understanding of the policies and procedures of police, Crown attorney’s office, courts, probation and parole as they relate to domestic violence
- Competence in group educational curriculum delivery
Rate of Reimbursement
The rate of reimbursement is $75 per group hour. The rate is inclusive of any administrative tasks associated with the provision of the group, both before and after each session

Responsibilities
- Planning and coordinating groups with the
PAR Coordinator. - Participating in any necessary group preparation, including ensuring equipment and space are ready and available, and greeting and exiting group participants, whether in-person or virtual.
- Co-facilitating the group in accordance with the established curriculum.
- Addressing client-related crises that arise as part of the group process.
- Encouraging client participation in the evaluation of service by facilitating the completion of appropriate quality assurance tools and questionnaires.
- Completing any required recording requirements.
