Thunder Bay Counselling – Financial Health Services RFP
Thunder Bay Counselling is announcing an open call for proposals for the provision of Financial Health Services. We are seeking proposals from qualified not-for-profit organizations and/or Indigenous, First Nations, Inuit, and Métis communities and organizations with the capacity to deliver financial empowerment services across Northwestern Ontario.
The purpose of this RFP is to expand and strengthen financial health services for individuals and families living on low and moderate incomes. Services may include tax filing support, benefits access, one-on-one financial counselling or coaching, financial education, and related supports. All services must be provided at no cost to clients, tailored to community needs, and delivered in a trauma-informed, inclusive, and accessible manner.
