FULL-TIME PERMANENT
The Supervisor of Gender-Based Violence Services is responsible for overseeing and coordinating a range of specialized programs aimed at addressing genderbased violence, including intimate partner violence (IPV) and sexual violence. This leadership role ensures the coordinated delivery of trauma-informed, evidenceinformed, client-centered services that promote safety, healing, and accountability within the community.

Qualifications

  • Master level Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • Registration with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Services Workers or the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in gender-based violence services.
  • Formal training and proven experience in providing general and clinical supervision.
  • Deep understanding of therapeutic modalities, evidence and trauma-informed practices, risk assessment, and crisis intervention.
  • Thorough knowledge of professional codes of ethics and legal standards.
  • Proven sensitivity to diverse backgrounds, identities and experiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.

Pay Range

$44.57 to $52.93 per hour
