Thunder Bay Counselling Centre is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information and we have well developed policies and procedures in compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). We have always recognized that your information is private and have always held our practices to the highest of standards that all counselling agencies in Ontario follow.

Because of the nature of some of our counselling, it may become necessary to share your personal and private information with other agencies. You will always be informed of this sharing and be asked to give separate consent. Your information may also be shared or disclosed to other agencies or organizations as required by law or regulation.

You have the right to request access to your personal information which we have collected and to request amendments to personal information about you to ensure its accuracy and completeness.
