Back on Track

Back on Track is a provincially mandated remedial driving program for individuals who have been convicted of a driving-related Criminal Code offence.

If you have been convicted of an impaired driver’s offence or have received more than one roadside suspension, you will be required to successfully complete Back on Track before your license can be re-instated.

Thunder Bay Counselling Centre provides the assessment component of the program which is provided on a fee for service basis.

The assessment process determines the extent of the drinking and driving problem and whether an education or treatment program is the most appropriate intervention.
