| The Child Victim Witness Program provides support to children under 18 years of age who are called to testify in court as a result of being a victim or a witness of a crime.
The program provides sensitive, informed and effective assistance to child victims and witnesses to lessen the trauma of communicating evidence in court. Our program will provide you with updates on your case, address any questions and concerns you may have around the court process, provide you with a tour of the court house, attend court with you, explain your role in providing testimony and much more. |
